Let's Get Acquainted
Hi, we're Jess, Danielle, and Sidney – the loving family behind Daddy and Daughter Do. Danielle and I met in college as debate partners, and after becoming best friends, we embarked on our romantic journey together. We tied the knot on July 4th, 2009, and have enjoyed traveling the world ever since, with Maui being one of our top destinations. I'm a former fly fishing guide turned white-collar professional, while Danielle, with her Ph.D., works at a local community college.
Our journey to parenthood was filled with challenges due to infertility, but we were blessed with our beautiful baby girl, Sidney, through the miracle of surrogacy. This blog is a celebration of our new chapter as parents and a platform to share our experiences, tips, and adventures with fellow parents and those who share an interest in surrogacy and family life.
